My son is having surgery tomorrow

It's really amazing to see a guy who just had a major surgery a few days ago able to sit up and with a smile on his face too.

Doc said each individual is different.  I'm pretty sure his mom is going to keep him out of school next week but he should be back to a normal routine after that.  The big worry is an accidental impact to his chest.  Someone pushing him at school or falling down (which he is prone to do). But aside from that working on his posture is the big challenge.

I still maintain the idea that 99% of kids are tougher than leather when they absolutely have to be. Mini-Comstock is no different.
