Coincidently, February 22nd is national type 2 diabetes awareness day.
(Actually, it's national margarita day which easily makes it one of the top 5 days of the year.)

I'm not a sweets guy. I saw the title and thought of the savory steamed pork buns you can get at some Asian places.. now that's tasty stuff. One cinnamon bun is enough sugar to throw off my entire day.
