Grandma Stampie is having an issue with her cabin.  It's 20 miles south of where 95 and 26 intersect.

TLDR - Need a plumber that can handle from the tub and two sinks all the way to the drain field.

She bought the house from a guy that redneck engineered everything.  Only problem is he didn't have a degree in rednecking nor engineering.  I came in later during this process but my understanding is the first guy put in a tub and maybe sink but didn't do any of the plumbing.  This guy also told her that her septic tank needed a new concrete lid.  My understanding is you just replace the tank if the concrete is broken.  Second guy came out and told her the tank needed to be pumped out and she need to cut some drywall before he could do anything.  Having witnessed plumbers cutting drywall before to access pipes that struck me as strange.  He recommended some people to pump the tank.  Third company probed where the tank was, Grandma Stampie heard them hit the tank, yet they spent more time still looking for the tank before going back to the first spot and amazingly found the tank.  They then claimed that it was a metal tank and that she'd have to clear out some trees to put a new one in.  Pretty sure they are small ones that a normal excavator could handle.  They also expect someone else to plumb the house and they'd come back to tie the tank in.

At this point Grandma Stampie is thinking she needs to cut out her drywall and clear land and roots for the septic tank and field.  That's not what I would expect if I were the customer.  Got any recommendations?   I know it's a country town so hopefully someone is willing to drive out and handle the job.

I have used Knights Septic Service before with good results. They don't do plumbing though. You might give them a call and see if they can recommend someone they have worked with in the past to do the house portion of the job.
