I'm looking for a 13- or 14-inch laptop with decent battery life and i5 or equivalent AMD processor. The other thing it has to have -- because I type E36 M3 for a living -- is a keyboard whose keys are NOT FLAT; they must be concave.
Looking for a "business" machine cuz the web says it has less extra E36 M3 loaded onto it. There's a Dell Vostro V130 that fits the bill except it has E36 M3ty battery life.
All right, tech geeks, any ideas?
Thx...

Check out the Lenovo products. As a business machine, they can't be beat, and they offer decent value.
How about HP? I work for a Fortune 500 bank, and we are issued HP EliteBooks. Here's one for 549... http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6465993&CatId=2509
How concave are we talking here? Is it for comfort or for durability? I consider laptop keyboards a yearly replacement item. If this is something that's a make or break point, then it rules out a ton of good machines.
I was once a Mac guy (still own an '86 Mac Plus), but no more. Ironically, though, my inspiration to seek out a small laptop was after using a 13-inch Macbook.
I'll check out Lenovo and HP.
@Derick-- concave keys are a make-or-break point for me: flat keys provide no tactile feedback to let me know that my fingers are shifting off-center. I've been touch-typing on concave keys for nearly 30 years and haven't yet used a flat-keyed keyboard that I didn't hate. I went to Best Buy recently and typed on a whole bunch of flat-keyed keyboards: they're just not for me.
Is a wireless keyboard out?

I think its time to change the screen name from procainestart to @n@l_r373n7iv3. But seriously, check dell's outlet page, I just picked up a larger notebook, an XPS 17 for $600. Keep an eye out for deals, got mine on a 20% off all outlet laptop coupon.
Found THIS on a quick search, techbargains.com is one of my favorite sites for deals. That one is a Lenovo G460 Intel Core i5-480M 2.66GHz 14in Laptop (4GB/500GB/Win7) $599.
