I have few car parts I've been trying to sell local but have no luck. I'm willing to sell and ship items but never have done so. What's best way to go about it? I know there is PayPal but haven't messed with that in years. Would like to know what's best way to get paid to send parts off.
eBay plus PayPal. As long as you're not pushing huge volume, the fees are worth the reduction in hassle.
Nothing is perfect, but if you are willing to ship, use eBay.
Remember that shipping isn't cheap.
And some areas (metro not boon docks) are MUCH more expensive than you would think.

Well shipping would be put onto buyer obliviously. While I am new to the forums I've been a lurker for years, and if I knew parts would be going to challenge builder I'd be lil more "friendly" on prices. Is it easy to get your money from PayPal to your own account easy/fast tho.. although cheap eBay parts for future endeavors is nice
Yeah, up to like $5000 per month is super easy and gets to your bank account free and in like 1-2 days or less. I think there are smaller daily limits.
If you are pushing big volume they charge another fee.
I use PayPal fairly often and it's as easy as clicking a few buttons once you've linked it to an account. The setup takes a few days for the test transfers to process though. They also take a couple bucks per transaction. I've started bumping prices on stuff by $5 per item to cover the fee but it's not really a big deal. And it's simple for people without a PayPal account to pay you securely. You simply email them an invoice and they click the link to pay on PayPal secure site.
