Remember the awful little turd town in Ohio hosing speeders? They've been ordered to pay back nearly 2 million to over 45,000 people. Couldn't have happened to a nicer town.
Damn. They're "entitled" to 2/3 of the cost of the ticket. So whatever random company in whatever random state gets a third of every ticket.
Who wants to help me get into the speed camera business?
My sister lives in New Miami. Very corrupt little town.

i went to night classes at Tri-C with a Linndale cop. it surprised none of us when he said what he did.
In reply to patgizz:
I grew up on Bellaire and lived just off 130th for quite a few years.
Most interesting was the day, when I was living on 44th and had to take 71 south to work, I got pulled over by a Brooklyn officer. Brooklyn NEVER patrols 71, that area is generally free rein. Anyway I was going about 85, and I'm thinking, crap, there goes my driver's license. He asks me what's the hurry, I told him the truth - runnin' a little late, didn't notice how fast I was going. He offered that I should mind that Linndale was out on 71S that morning, and he sent me on my way...

I have always held the belief that these things, as well as cameras, are un-American.
