Anyone bothering to make any?
I've got one and a half. My half one is to go rock climbing at least twice a week, so that I can actually improve... but I made that resolution two months ago, so it's not really a NYR.
My big one is that I will drive Laguna Seca this year. I think I can hold myself to that resolution.
I will start teaching the kiddo to drive since her feet will just about reach the pedals.
I'm gonna drive at least 2 hillclimbs and an HPDE.
The Jensenator WILL run, dammit.

Not spend any more time participating in
"What Wheel? " threads....
Help in any way, shape or form to fund/find a cure for Juvenile Diabetes.
Getting some business ventures off of the ground.
Install every part I have purchased for the Nissan before I buy another thing.
I suspect I will break that by January 2nd.
Get my 914 up and running again. It basically runs but needs a bunch of little things fixed, rubber parts, fuel gauge doesn't work, etc. Also need to get a roll bar, racing seat and harness in it and get it ready for track days.
I also need to tear into the Volkswagen and see what it needs.
No more cars for me until I get everything I own up and running.
finish something, anything at all.
I promise to drink and smoke more.
Run more HPDEs and time trials.
Fix random crap on Z3 that is broken.
Complete at least two of the Valiant projects, with the air conditioning, sway bar, and a couple of the engine upgrades currently leading in consideration.
Put my Neon's engine back together with all the parts I have laying around, and actually score points this season.
Maybe move to FStreetPrepared and get trophies.
My new year's resolution is 2048 x 1536...

Be a better dad and husband - my time management skills suck.
Get to the local kart track and run the open track Wednesdays once the seasons starts.
Slow down on public roads (although the car's happy to do 110+ it's just a bad idea).
Find a cheap E30 and run several HPDE at The Glen and some autocrosses.

I just submitted my registration. You should do the same, before it fills up. Let me know if you actually do. I'll see you there.
Edit: I just realized I should have waited until after midnight to sign up. I guess I jumped the gun on the New Year's thang.
Get the Starion that my friends and I bought up and running so that I can actually learn how to drift well. Maybe some HPDE or open track events too, that'd be awesome.
to not spend next newyears home alone...
Less whining about entry fees, and more writing of checks to pay for them. Screw it. It's only money that the government will take when I die anyway.
Drive my Mini more. I lost sight of that simple joy this year for some reason.
Continue my campaign with the wife that sex every other day is good for my physical and mental well-being. It's the perpetual resolution that is probably not achievable.
Pick on Per less, follow the World According To Jensenman more.
Get my NASA comp license and secure the mid-pack championship.
Finish some of my projects.
Lose 40lbs.
Lose some weight, trophy at Dixie National Tour, and hit SCCA Nationals.
Oh, and quit smoking.
