Honestly, I fail to see the point.

What does it do so much better than a motorcycle, since all it did was run on trails? Or a quad- to tow injured personel?

Can't use it in a fire fight, since you need to have both hands on your weapon. So even IF you could move from place to place faster, you are exposed and can't fire back.

Can't really use it over long distances- which is why there are armored troop carriers (and trucks for that matter).

Neat as a toy, without a doubt. With a little higher performance, I can see a lot of afternoon's fun with it.

Just can't see what questions it answers better than a lot of alternatives, in a battlefield.

In order for this to be a valid technology demonstration for military applications, it needs to be running on jagged rocks or through a fetid irrigation canal, and someone needs to be shooting at the guy on this thing. And it should be raining.

Forget the military, market that to the Ninja Turtles.

not sure about the rocks.. but definatly needs to see water to be a valid test
