Since the forum upgrade or server change a few weeks ago I have not been able to see any pictures from my work computer. I've tried both Chrome and Internet Explorer. Every once in a while the pictures will show up but 97% of the time they dont. Am I the only one?

I think the key words there are "work computer"
Possible that the new setup routes the pics through a URL that is blocked by your work filter?
It worked fine before and other sites I frequent have not changed. Even pictures I have uploaded here don't show up.
I had to reset my cache in order to get the pictures to load, that might be as good a place as any to start.
Try clearing your cache. That helped me.
I just dragged and dropped this photo right from Apple Photo, and it worked seamlessly.
I tried clearing my cache with no luck. I can not see whatever photo you're referring to. Avatars are not even showing up.
I have that intermittently at work. Phone is OK, home PC is fine.
No solution, just sympathy.
Can you view David's picture via the image link directly?

If not, looks like your work may be blocking the AWS server. That would also make sense if some of the pictures show up. I would assume the ones that do show up are hotlinked from another site v. the pictures uploaded to the GRM AWS server.
For example, my image link in the F1 thread is a hotlink to the McLaren press release page. Can you see this one?

I can not see the first one. I CAN see the second one. It seems you may be right but it's intermittent which seems odd. Sometime a picture doesn't show up but sometimes the exact same picture does show up.
How well do you know your IT guy?
I don't.
As of right now all the pictures on this page are showing up. The articles along the right side, the avatars, and the picture David posted of the car and buffer. I'm betting after I hit post and the page refreshes they will no longer show up.
I have some input on this. Nearly all of the images in the forum show up, but once in awhile, one doesn't and displays "May be an image of (fill in the blank)".
Here is the weird part. If I right-click on the "May be an image of..." and select Open in a new tab, the image opens fine. Tried in both Firefox and Edge (both updated to latest versions). Win 10 is also on latest version.
Looking at the source code, the only difference between images that show and that don't is that the link for the images that show include the height and width with the link.
This image loads (from an earlier post)
<img height="1560" src="https://s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/prod.mm.com/uploads/2021/05/25/1621989239_image_mmthumb.jpeg" width="1170" />
This image doesn't
<p><img alt="May be an image of outdoors" src="https://scontent-atl3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.6435-9/p720x720/186583604_484002579468249_3391484431683988878_n.jpg?_nc_cat=102&ccb=1-3&_nc_sid=843cd7&_nc_ohc=Z0qgDTcXe-MAX8p86rj&_nc_ht=scontent-atl3-1.xx&tp=6&oh=7a487eb5a15e80f72f4b463a822d1753&oe=60D4AF78" /></p>
The URL to the image that opens after the right-click on the link is this
https://scontent-atl3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.6435-9/p720x720/186583604_484002579468249_3391484431683988878_n.jpg?_nc_cat=102&ccb=1-3&_nc_sid=843cd7&_nc_ohc=Z0qgDTcXe-MAX8p86rj&_nc_ht=scontent-atl3-1.xx&tp=6&oh=7a487eb5a15e80f72f4b463a822d1753&oe=60D4AF78
Opening the URL sent in the source code (https://scontent-atl3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.6435-9/p720x720/186583604_484002579468249_3391484431683988878_n.jpg?_nc_cat=102&ccb=1-3&_nc_sid=843cd7&_nc_ohc=Z0qgDTcXe-MAX8p86rj&_nc_ht=scontent-atl3-1.xx&tp=6&oh=7a487eb5a15e80f72f4b463a822d1753&oe=60D4AF78) gives the message Bad URL timestamp
Something for your web guys to look at anyway.
