It's a good lot. Two lots an upper and a lower are put together and some very cool courses can be created. I like it when they start on the upper lot and finish on the lower. You can really get some speed up coming down hill and they usually throw a reducing radius sweeper in at the bottom of the hill just to make things interesting. Random video of lot. Not my car, or me for that matter.
come on out ... I'll be in the '91 black CRX ... STS 55

How can you tell ?

Oh man. I hate that. Glad that my spankin' new A/C is keeping the sweat at bay.

I'm jealous. Ours is an older unit, we've got the thermostat set at 80, the thing still runs so much that we're afraid it's going to break down. I worked up a sweat just doing the dishes. I think a lot of the problem is that we're on the East side of a cul-de-sac. In the mornings we're OK (shade)..but in the afternoon the sun is just brutal. At the moment, 9:08 EDT, and 102deg outside (per Accuweather's widget..NWS' local thermometer for our town seems to be broken).
I'm glad I stuck to my guns, only went outside once to get the groceries in. Sad part is I work outside, I should be conditioned to this stuff. I feel like a wussy.

Did you ruin the moment by pointing out that many of our units are different than Imperial?
Before realizing that, 1984 didn't make much sense in spots. Specifically the part where Winston is in a prole bar, talking to someone who remembered a time before the current government.
Paraphrasing: "And don't get me started on the drinks! Used to be you could just order a pint and that was perfect! Now you have to get a liter, which is too much, or a half-liter, which isn't enough!"
Wasn't until long after I read it that I realized - duh - it took place in what used to be England, and unlike US quarts and pints which are close enough to liters and half-liters to be singularly interchangeable, Imperial quarts and pints are significantly larger...

ROFL! I think we were talking about miles at the time, I had forgotten how many of the Imperial volumes were different.
And the 1984 stuff was funny, too. IIRC, England didn't "officially" change to the Metric System until they joined the EC (1960s?).
