I found some info on po134 here: http://www.obd-codes.com/p0134

It pretty much says, if your sensor heating fuse is good, and all the wiring is good, then it's time to replace the sensor.

"A code P0134 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

Bad O2 (oxygen) sensor

Bad heater circuit in the O2 sensor

Wiring or connector to the sensor frayed / broken

Blown heater circuit fuse

Holes in the exhaust system

PCM failure"

People tend to forget that all of these sensors are connected to the ECU by wires.

What I got (as I e-mailed the op), its important to see the voltage across the sensor. What I read the code as stated, the voltage across the sensor is not changing. Most likely conclusion: bad sensor. Unlikely to be a harness problem.
