ABC News says he wasn't looking at her at all. Nic was. O was just trying not to fall down the steps. Good to know there is at least one source of unbiased news out there.
Fox news said the same thing as ABC. If you watch the video he's looking to help someone up the steep stairs there.

Wouldn't he be looking straight down, instead of to his right?
The video (yes, I saw it) seems to indicate that "O" was just a bit more discrete than Sarkozy, but both had the same appreciation.
It was a trap! It's all a vast right wing conspiracy!!!

I liked the story better when he was checking out some fine young lady walking by. That's change I can believe in. 
Politicians are people. WTF is wrong with a healthy man getting stone cold busted checking out a lady. She didn't wear that dress to be ignored!
