Hah! Oh god, I never even thought about using "Berkley". Probably could've gotten away with it too, since the autos editor's name is Berk. Hopefully there's a next time...

From one (significantly less talented) scribe to another, congratulations! I always love seeing your success continue to be fostered.

Thanks y'all. It's a small contribution, but I was really honoured to be asked to take part.

Neat! I like the way it says "Lesley Wimbush, The Toronto Star." Not "Contributing writer at" or "Assistant Editor of," but the whole darn thing. Makes you feel special.

BTW, any reaction from your siblings yet?

Haaahaa... nope, not yet. Having lunch with my (older) brother next week, he'll probably sympathize.

The pungent smell of your brother's feet (or Anyone's feet) can be cured surprisingly easily.. Apple cider vinegar!!.. Tell your brother or anyone who has feet that smell like E36 M3 to wash their feet with it... I did it for 4 days (after a lifetime of having horrible smelling feet.) 3 years later and 2 years, 361 days after my last use. My feet are 1000% funk free. Your results may vary. Seriously... It helps balance the ph level of the skin on your feet, if your feet are sensitive mix it 50-50 with water....

Finally why didn't the word E36 M3 get replaced in my post??? EDIT it did get replaced but only after I posted it,,

Thanks for the tip of cider. In exchange, see the last chapter here for the decoder ring which will also make sense of this post:

I have mixed feelings about that entry. Part of me says that it should include "I like pie." The other part of me says that none of that should be in wiki. If we need a "decoder ring" it should be in a sticky post here on the forum.

Not to mention that none of those are really "memes." The only legitimate GRM memes that I know of are the flyin' miata racoon, "I couldn't love GRM the magazine or the website more", and using "miata" as an answer, regardless of question.

There have been attempts to make GRM picture memes but I don't think any of them stuck

Well, I'm pretty sure he doesn't have that problem any more... as a kid he wore the same big funky old lumberjack wool socks all the time. But then, he also wouldn't go anywhere without a tea-towel tucked in the collar of his shirt.. because he was Batman.
