My dad has 1940 and 1949 Caddy Series 60s. He doesn't drive them every day, but alternates them for driving to church on Sundays.

Not mine but a friend here is central north Ohio.

On sunny days he drove his series2 Jag XKE (maybe 1969) every day. It started life as a Coupe and he later rebodied it as a roadster. Two years ago his series 2 was totaled and he has replaced it with a series 1 (I think 1961) which is still his everyday summertime driver.

When the weather gets bad he then daily drives "the old truck" his 1939 Chevy Pickup. Not some retro street rod but an actual 1939 Chevy. Somewhere in the 1970's the engine was changed to some other GM 6cyl but that is about it. Truly driven every day in the snow and salt.

Not his truck but the same color scheme.
He likes to throw out the same joke that this year he is thinking about adding turn signals, people just don't understand hand signals any more (in 1939 they did not put turn signals on vehicles.)

After the totaling of the first Jag (someone pulled out in front of him) he realized that he had not bought a car in 25+ years.

My dads neon had 364k when the engine died. It may eventually get a new engine though. The oldest cars i have driven regularly are 85 and 87. My dad drives by someones house near where he works where someone has I think 8 different 50s cars (various chrysler products, a olds, mercury and hudson if I remember right), which all look to be driven regularly.

In the late 1970s I worked with a guy who drove a Model T Ford every day, even in winter. In Minnesota. That was pretty hard core.

I drive my 74 TR-6 nearly daily. Of course my commute to work is a whopping 1 mile.

The 84 AMC Eagle sees regular duty too, but I drive that just to pretty up the GRM/ CMS offices parking lot.

Soon I'll be using a 84 Econoline Class B motorhome, but Margie has banned it from the world headquarters. Something about NAMBLA, and amber alerts, and well.......just creepyness.
