I am looking for a new laptop. I have been a bit of a dell fan boy, but I have scene too many of the newest Inspirons fall apart spectacularly. I am looking at the Dell Studio line, the few times I have gotten my hands on one they seemed much sturdier. Anyone have exsperiance with the studio laptops?
The current lineup of studios has been around for a little while now, i'd imagine any kinks in manufacturing have been sorted out, and known issues have been addressed by tech support.
My Aunt got one for her birthday about a month ago, and it's been just fine so far.
Thats what I thought, now if I should wait a month for windows 7?
Most everything is shipping with a free upgrade, i think you have to pay shipping on the disc though.
7 is excellent though, certainly a suitable replacement for XP
