E36 M3ty neighborhood dive bars are a Wisconsin Institution. Where else could you get 10 oz tappers of domestic beer for under a buck while eating free popcorn, with a pile of pull-tabs next to you? Then leave after 30 minutes to go to the next bar on your weekly sign-in regime. All while the sun is still up.
