For anyone who considers donating a kidney but finds that they are not a match, I have learned that you can make a donation and they will find a match for it, and then your loved one will be bumped up to the top of the list.

One of my customers husband needed a kidney and she wasn’t a match so they entered into a kidney multiple donation plan.
Both he and she underwent kidney surgeries and he got his kidney from a third person.

Somewhat unrelated, but I often see “_______ needs a kidney” signs around suburban Cincinnati, and often wondered if those ads were legit. Maybe they are after-all
