I like the Isle of Man. This however, is badass. This is Guy Martin on a Suzuki GSX-R 1000 Superbike.
You can see somewhere before the 2 min mark you can see the helicopter trying to stay ahead of Martin.
You have to be batE36 M3 crazy to run the Isle of Man. ![](/media/img/icons/smilies/laugh-18.png)

me personally, I think these are the craziest racers...EVER. Even compared to Group B, seriously, these guys are the best there is
Isle of Man? Those guys are certifiable.
As an aside, he's not really outrunning the chopper. Giving the cameraman a workout, certainly.

The acceleration on that thing is astonishing. ![](/media/img/icons/smilies/googly-18.png)
Man, I wish we had something like that here in the States.

Either Guy Martin is a space alien with bionic reflexes and spacetime control, or he is the luckiest SOB on the face of the earth. No human can win there as often as he has (and crash as infrequently, and live).
Isle Of Man TT. I watch it on HD whenever I can. I get goosebumps. Every. Time.
How about Joey Dunlop? He'd go out. Win. Then pull into the pits where his crew chief would have a smoke and a beer waiting for him.
Do you guys know about Mad Sunday? I used to read Perfomance Bikes magazine, when it was good. Evidently after the TT, the next Sunday, they open the Mountain section to all the spectators. Open as in NO SPEED LIMITS, one way. Hence, Mad Sunday.
Those lines were just a blur
I used to keep up with it years ago, but I get too scared to watch it now.

BOT - Balls of Titanium
I believe Mr. Dunlop is still the only person to sweep the top 3 TT classes in 3 different years.
It is a shame that he passed away due to the accident in Estonia.

Brick walls +200mph on a motorcycle
They are nuts, that speed with those barriers...
You arent talking a broken this or that, your talking "just how big of a splatter radius was that?".

We are talking about IOM TT, correct? Cause Martin hasn't won yet. Won some others, but not the IOM.
Joey Dunlop holds the record for most wins there, with 26. John McGuinness is second with 17 wins.
I have to ask.... where does he store his balls? BEcause that bike ain't big enough to carry them.

Here's an onboard cam from another year. It looks a bit crazier from the rider's perspective.
Was TT3D Closer to the Edge ever released over here?

I never said I could do it
but would bet that Martin has more seat time on that bike than he does on his feet. That bike is second nature to the guy, with that in mind looks like fun ![](/media/img/icons/smilies/grin-18.png)

Thanks for that link, that helo-view looks like he's going in slow motion. Looks like there is lots more stuff to crash into from the rider's seat too. Still looks like fun ![](/media/img/icons/smilies/crazy-18.png)

At around 5:12 he's setting up for a multi-apex top-speed corner on a rise that he can't see at all ![](/media/img/icons/smilies/googly-18.png)
