Ooo, ooo, me too? PM sent. I've tried to buy a US compatible CD but no luck.
I never resist a chance to say I was there in '10. The Creg Ny Baa Hotel is at about 1:45, at the end of one of the toughest braking sections in racing. The bikes have a long, STEEP downhill straight and the braking zone is pretty steep downhill, too. There's a clip on YouTube of Martin crashing into the barrier right there and sauntering away. My wife and I had lunch there about a week before the race and sat looking out the window, over the crash padding, straight up that stretch of track. I actually thought I might be dreaming.
Honestly guys, I'd don't give a E36 M3 who's won or did this or that, I think all these guys have balls of unobtainium to go out there an blast around this track like its just riding a bicycle around the block for the thousandth time.
I have respect for thier courage.
Or batE36 M3 craziness, I haven't decided.

Guys still die there rather frequently, professionals. I was with a pro on the street when he was killed in street wreck (I went down in it too).
Fun, yes. But regardless of your experience level the IOM is out of this world dangerous.
