Does anyone's car still have one? Could I get some mounting pictures and some measurements?
I'm thinking about making my own with some scrap steel, but haven't really found any home made ones for the Vic to borrow inspiration from. I should have all the tools I need, and fairly certain I have trash night steel to use(trash night find steel, free for challenge budget or current scrap value?)
I might just leave it an empty bar, might put some lights and a looks only winch on it.
I just haven't been able to find good pictures of mounting locations and I'm a little unsure about spacing and cutting the front bumper, so I will really appreciate any input available.
If the trash night steel is out in the public where anyone can get it for free, it is free to budget.
If it is in a "take for free" bin at work where you have to be an employee to get behind the locked gate then it is not budget free.

I've been wanting to come back to Cleveland to go to green horse tavern again, that isn't entirely out of the realm of possibility.
Greenhouse tavern on east 4th?
Never been there. Have $50 gift card for Zocalo next door because my sister used to work there. She's on 9th at the metropolitan now in management, where guys like Terry Francona and Kevin Love live and where Charlie Sheen is staying tonight
There's some good shots of a CHP-style bar here: http://www.hotrod.com/cars/featured/1602-check-out-the-vortec-supercharger-and-t56-magnum-hiding-in-this-plain-looking-police-car/

We stopped in after the Steeler game in January because I wanted the pigs head I saw on bizarre foods. While delicious and cheap considering I had leftovers for 3 days, they have an in house version of poutine that is the single greatest thing I've ever tried in my life. Seriously, I could drink the gravy they made for it by the pint glass.
Back on topic though,I have 3 inch steel pipe and some plate from construction projects years ago. It's also exercise equipment trash season coming up in the next couple months, so getting more free steel shouldn't be a problem at all. I think I can put together the bar part no problem, it's getting the attachment points that is my issue.
I keep seeing references to plans to make a Setina style push bar, but I can't find the actual link to the plans. Just "it's linked in another thread" everywhere I look.
