I have the yahoo problem too but here's my work around...

Try to send him a PM of only the word, test, in the title and body.

This will generate Yahoo to send you a notice  of non deliverable..

Look deep into that non delivered notice and it will tell you what email it couldn't send to.

Copy that email and write directly to.

Would you share the contact information for the shipper in JAX that you've had good luck with?

I tried contacting that shipper a month or so back and got no response.
