Now you make me feel bad. I just pointed out a repost in the hotlink thread.

the article said: The resulting sculpture is called One Piece at a Time, which he says is “a nod to the Johnny Cash song about a Detroit assembly line worker who dreams of someday owning one of the Cadillacs he assembles and decides to steal one, one piece at a time, and reassemble it.”

I was going to reply to cwh with "it's art" but I think ECM nailed it, the kid wants a mustang. If he's lucky ford will thank him for the publicity with a car...

If it's all going to look like crap, why bother doing it? At least pick a cooler car? But I guess this is probably the car that uncle touchy took him to the movies in, which is when he decided to be a tortured artist and start dressing in black. The paper is held together with tears.

"Cooler car"?! It's an old Mustang! Would you prefer it was a Yugo or Datsun 510?

Jaguar E-Type. If you're going to dream, dream big.
Well, that's a lot of paper then. And time. And maybe money.
But who am I to tell a man he can't have himself a paper mustang?
