Nope. The more people who get killed or maimed doing something stupid, the less likely other stupid people are to do the same thing.

Considering people have had fatal accidents because of people throwing rocks at their car, I'd say attempted murder for attempted murder works out pretty well.

I agree.

In this day and age, if you get caught doing something THAT stupid/reckless/dangerous, you should almost expect to get shot.

The fact that he took an arrow to the gut is just glorious. If he threw a rock at my wife's car while she was driving and it put her in danger, I'd have no issue whatsoever in seeing him skewered like a kebab.

...hmm sounds fitting...

when I was 16 or so our family was in the suburban driving out of our subdivision (fairly nice area)... but because of the way Panama city is setup you had to pass a small trailer park to get into said subdivision... some kid threw a hand full of rocks at our windshield as we where passing... dad naturally slammed on the brakes screeched to a halt to figure out exactly what happens... kid was still standing at the side of the road prob 8y/o or so i'd say... is what I recall was the pot head kid that rode my bus to HS threatened my dad (think it was something about "Bo" his dad would kick my dads ass or some such trailer park nonsense)... apparently my dad had a lot more restraint then I'd imagine doing in that situation... tried to get hold of the parents but they never seemed to be home.... should have called socal services on the family... but I think a bolt to the gut for him and his brother would have been much more fitting...

Was the Rav4 being driven by Soulja Boy? If so I fully support the kid's rock throwing
