I have a NAS box (small server-like thingamabob) and it fell off a shelf, 10' drop. Broke the cooling fan. The 2 hard drives survived somehow.
Device is
"AVC model DS07025B12M DC12V 0.40A P501K ball bearing"
I can't find this little guy on Ebay or Amazon. It appears to be a 70mm x 70mm x 25mm ball bearing fan, with a short cable and 4 pin connector.
Where can I find devices like this?
Edit: are the pins and cables "universal" (standard)?
Edit 2, so I can find this info again.. 41.3 CFM, 4200 rpm, 39.3 dB
The last couple of fans I bought came from Amazon. Like this.

Not always, but you can always solder (or just twist & tape) the old connector onto the new fan.
I found a few more on Newegg and Amazon (when I used a laptop rather than mobile phone to search).
Looks like 4 pin "molex" cable type is what I've got.
is this the case's cooling fan? or the fan inside the powersupply?
I'm sure you're already thinking it, but if those are platter hard drives, I'd look into replacing them if your reply on your NAS to actually store the data reliably. I've had a few drives fail weeks/months after taking a knock.
Never had that problem with SSDs, though :)

Have you had Sudden SSD Death Syndrome though? At least hard drives usually give you some warning, and usually leave the data recoverable.
Not saying that he shouldn't replace the hard drives - he should - but saying he should replace them with SSDs for reliability is like saying he should replace a slant-6 that has a slight knock with an old Lotus Esprit Turbo engine, because yours has been reliable.
In reply to GameboyRMH:
Eh.. Buy the quality SSDs. I've only seen a few die out of hundreds and those were the early models/lower end drives. Most actually gave fair warning by acting up so we could back up the data before discarding. Samsung makes some of the fastest/reliable SSDs and they will take a serious beating.
