Just now I was "cleaning out" the deleted messages from Outlook Express and accidentally hit DELETE ALL MESSAGES. Since there were a few messages I meant to save (in case of possible legal action) is there any way to undo this?

I would assume that there is either a trash or recently deleted items. I'd look there, but I don't use outlook so I'm not sure.

In O E when you receive a message or you "discard" a message, it goes from "inbox" to "deleted messages". While in deleted messages (trying to clear out the REAL junk) instead of hitting the delete message on the menu taskbar, I hit DELETE ALL MESSAGES. So they are now gone from "trash" or "deleted items"...at least inside O E (as far as I can tell). There is nothing in the computers "recycle bin" at this time. There is a "find" function for retrieving messages, but I assume it's a shortcut for going through the in-box messages and it does NOT find messages tossed from delete.

I can survive without these old messages, but a few had e-mail addresses that hadn't been saved/ or passwords to websites that hadn't been saved.

Assuming you're using outlook as a local front end for your ISP, can you web login and get the old mail that way? For instance, my wife's Time Warner Roadrunner email is fetched by Mail on her Mac and by her iPhone but they are both set to leave the messages on the server. I've recently had to recover mail for her by going to TW's webmail interface and forwarding them again.
