I've got a line on a 3000 sq ft shop in Clearwater FL that is tall enough for a lift and is a great space for a toy/project shop. I have 2 other friends possibly interested and we are looking for a 4th. Rent and power would be about $200/month per person and there is outdoor storage for trailers, parts cars, etc. The goal would be to flip a few cars a year to offset the rent and have a section of the shop dedicated to a body work area.
