I don't know how this got started but I think it's hilarious. My wife works with lots of police departments and there seems to be a rivalry between the departments, they seem to be taking the whole thing pretty seriously. They're getting pretty elaborate.

That local one has an old drug dealers car as a cruiser. That’s pretty neat, surprised they’d want to maintain a Northstar.
