I've never worked anywhere you could bring in your own electrically-powered devices. Toasters, space heaters, coffee makers, mini-fridge, etc.

I had the same problem with frozen dinners.  When I had a place to heat and eat food at work I started making my own.  I would smoke or roast a meat in the crock pot, mix with pasta/rice/whatever and freeze a bunch of them. I had 5 or 6 different ones at a time so I had some variety and they were all made how I like them.

I never buy anything specific for work lunches, beyond keto protein shakes and fruit.  Total cost, $1 a day.  Leftovers are my go to, Sunday make a big batch of pho, fried rice, pasta, meatloaf etc to have a few lunch meals, plus food for the rest of the family.
