It's like a cattle car with wings, isn't it? I hate flying commercial, but can't afford anything else...

The bad rep just scares the Giants fans. Sadly, it has no effect on the whole foods set. Still, keep it in gear at stoplights.

I wasn't basing it on the bad rep so much as the week I spent there. I'm not going back.
Wooohooo! Jumping on the bandwagon.
They dropped it to $9.99 on this flight, though. You probably had better seats to make up for it.
Last time I flew, there was a guy at the check in area at the gate in Atlanta handing out cards good for free internet time. I think it was a December-only promotion, but you might want to check when you make your next connection. Might still be some hanging around.
And I think I've come to the conclusion that no Delta seat is a good seat.

As we were throttling up for takeoff, I spotted some debris on the side of the runway. It was a notebook that was slowly being sucked towards the waiting engine. I wanted SO bad to see it get sucked in.
No, you didn't.
(see "Capt Sully and the Miracle on the Hudson")...

Hmmmmmmmm, cabin pressure might be off a tad...
I was just thinking about the "chair in the sky" comment and link last week. I lol'd.
Side note: we've brought back a bunch of old threads this year. Are we running out of things to talk about?
