Meh. I hadn't bought a lottery ticket in over a decade. As my wife and I pulled up to the gas station and I saw the parade of people all going in for tickets, I realized that things really aren't all that desperate for us. I felt so many dreams that were all going to be crushed within a couple of hours.
Maybe in another decade or so.
I got my tickets.
You know, my rule of thumb is over 500M I'll give it a shot.
I guess I'll have to pick up some tickets this afternoon.

I'm out of spare change I've found in my old clothes. Guess I'm out of this one. I dont feel right spending normal money on a longshot.

Fair point. On the other hand, I have a nowhere-near-finished project car in my garage, theres plenty of dreaming potential right there!
I have the same odds finishing it as winning the lottery and doesn't require a $2 ticket. Just requires my time, energy, blood, and waaaaay more money than I want to admit.

LOL i bought tickets in Greer. For about 5 minutes on Wednesday morning i was a Billionaire. :-)
