Our autocross program got very lucky last weekend. The guys at Diamond View Studios wanted some practice footage before they went out to shoot a paying gig. Here is the video they shot of our 4-10-11 PCA autocross at Zephyrhills.

Pretty cool vid. IMHO, poor choice of music though. Auto-X is a fast-paced adrenaline rush and that music makes me want to shave my back, get a glass of red wine and watch Oprah.
BTW, I dont' shave my back, drink wine or watch Oprah.

I dunno man, I liked it. Especially with the video effect, made it feel very dream like.
Loved the video man. I miss AutoX 
I liked the 912, despite all of the amazing modern Porsches there.

I thought it was very well done. Too many Porsches for my taste, though 
I thought it was pretty good all the way around.
First and foremost, its always cool when one of your events is filmed. That said, I thought shot jumps and effects were overdone and I'm with Dr. Boost on the music. Not one of these "film guys" owns a Van Halen album?

^^ Thank you Kazoo. I'm not artsy-fartsy. I like cars and not every vid has to be accompanied my Metallica but that music was just waaay off. And I personally thought the effects were a little bit much. But, if that were my club that was filmed I'd still be stoked.
I like the editing, and the video effects didn't bother me too much at all. The angles where you could see the driver were really good IMHO. There was definitely a talented person behind the video.
The soundtrack was fine for the beginning, but could have used a little more punch once cars were in motion. Also, adjusting the levels so that engine noises were a little more audible would be cool.
