So I have had a pair of these earbuds for a few months and today the right earbud was really quiet so I tried resetting them. Now both are really quiet. Does anyone know how to fix this? They both are fully charged

I would probably start with customer support.
I had to do that when I got our new A/V receiver last year because it was doing weird things when switched to the input for the PS4.
