A guy I know got arrested for dui. He was sentenced to a weekend in jail, so the night before he has to turn himself in he goes to a concert. He ends up staying out and drinking until like 3AM, then drives himself to the police station that morning to start his time. I guess the admitting clerk smelled it on him, so gave him a breath test....he blew a .05 or .06, which is right below the limit for getting a dwi in TN.

Thanks for teaching me about titles!
So if I sell a guy a 2 year old 911, he doesn't title it and then it gets impounded and I pay the $135 impound fee to get it back, does that mean I have $1877 left to soup it up for the 2012 Challenge?

nice try, but it's only available to YOU at the $135 so FMV applies

When I was a teenager, one of my friends had to go to court for a possession charge. The appearance was a formality. We all knew he'd get a small fine and 3 months probation. After he was found guilty, but before sentencing there was a break. What they do in that case, is hold you in custody until the break is over. The first thing they do when you go into custody is a search. They found an ounce of weed down his pants.
The judge was NOT impressed.
Sounds like an episode of Trailer Park Boys. Is your friend named Ricky?
When I was in the Coast Guard we were out one day doing safety boardings. We came across a couple of guys with beer cans all over the boat. When asked for the registration one of them reached into his shirt pocket, pulled out his stash baggie then his registration and put the stash back in his pocket. He got very surprised when he was arrested.
