Good God!
I wish insurance companies would quit paying claims for idiots who willfully drive into deep water. I have enough work to do.
I had my rental CRV floating in Houston a couple years ago. Amazingly the floor stayed dry. (Honda). The worst thing was crossing manholes with the covers missing from back pressure, or hitting the lids themselves. I stopped in an intersection and mulled crossing and decided against it. A small Hispanic lady in a little E36 M3box was honking for me to piss or get off the pot so I backed around her while I still could. Not sure what she was thinking but she sailed into the intersection and I watched her float down the cross street. I finally got to my hotel (no power and no food for 18 hours) and the next morning the scum line was right up to the door handles from where the water rose after I went to bed. The car was still pretty dry and it started right up so I drove up to OK City to get the heck out of there.

Wishing that Mrs. Snowdoggie would let me put 34s on her CRV. It's a safety issue.
