Rapper Tyga posted this picture to his Twitter account. Hilarious.
When you're 23 and a rising rap star, the world of supercars greets you warmly. Just ask Young Money rapper Tyga, a.k.a. Michael Ray Nguyen-Stevenson, whose spent sizable amounts of his capital on his garage — including a gold-painted (not vinyl-wrapped) Audi R8 and a $376,000 Lamborghini Aventador, which was last seen this weekend on Tyga's Instagram in a snowy ditch after he crashed it.
Not even the all-wheel-drive Aventador can keep its nose unbent if its 691-hp V-12 gets tested in snowy conditions. There's not much else known about the wreck outside of Tyga's own comment "Just crashed my lambo. Thank God for the seatbelt." Given that the Aventador's frame is made from carbon fiber, it probably survived mostly unscathed, although the repair bill for any mechanical piece that met with the ground at speed will take several bills.
Tyga does have a few marks on his driving record; he was arrested in Las Vegas and spent a few hours in jail last January after a traffic stop where police found he was wanted in relation to four other traffic incidents, including reckless driving. There's no point to owning a car like the Aventador if it's never driven at speed — but lacking the skills and sensibility to drive a supercar safely can quickly ensure young money never has the chance to grow old.

Summer tires + snow = in the weeds
It's still a Lambo and wouldn't suffer the disrespect of being driven in the snow. It's like taunting a supposedly tame lion with meat right in front of your face.

That guy needs to as well......that said, dumbass needed snow tires. I did see Ford GT wheels at the tire store next door 3 weeks ago with studded snows on them......
You just need the right tires.

Nice to know the current generation of entertainers is still using MC Hammer's financial adviser.
The Aventador is actually a really good deal. MC Hammer would get a Veyron Pur Sang.

Bit of a stretch, don't you think?

Not really......they could be a gang member, convict, priest, etc.......if they're in those industries, they're all entertainers.

Well, I was going to say "worthless, overpaid, do nothing money wasters", but figured I'd be accused of talking politics and ban hammered, so I went with "entertainers".

Politics is the best entertainment money can buy.

I'd actually hate to see what a crabon fribe frame would be like after even a minor fender bender like this. From my experience in bikes, you can't always tell when carbon has been subjected to catastrophic failure like you could with steel.
I'm not sure sliding into some grass is "catastrophic failure." On bikes the emphasis is all on the weight... I can literally break a carbon fiber road racing frame over my knee if I push on it in a way that it doesn't see stress when riding. the carbon fiber tub in a lambo is half strength/lightness and half bling. They are built strong and pass crash tests. they are designed to endure 600 hp and what are probably 300 series rear ultra high performance tires generating around 1 g. I'd hope sliding them off a snowy road down a gentle grass embankment wouldn't ruin them.

He's taking the side that rappers aren't musicians and therefore aren't entertainers......I believe it was meant as sarcasm.

That said, IMHO, this guy involved needs to learn how to "Rap".....but in that genre I've never found a rhyme or reason as to why certain people do better than others. Being a Disk Jockey made me a music snob I suppose.
Agreed, many "rappers" today turn out music I think is junk, with poorly produced instrumentals and vocals that make me want to disable my ears with a propane torch.
But for every one of those, theres someone out there doing new and creative things, and advancing the genre.
I get a little miffed when someone tries to say something along the lines of Rapping isnt music, or its all crap yaddah yaddah...you may not enjoy it, but that doesnt mean its not entertaining.

Personally, it could be effin polka music for all I care, to me....the important thing is "Can I beat match it, mix it, cut into it, etc" If it has a decent beat, its definitely music.

i find it ironic how the creative minds in hip-hop/rap are usually white guys or black guys who get accused of being "too white." Then again, I don't know much rap.
I remember watching a video of the Stig with the AWD ferrari. Not even he could keep it out of the banks at high speed (above 5th gear, the awd disengages)
