Semi-related, but does anyone remember the case in CA where ONE neighbor next to a day care started talking to the parents who were dropping their kids off at a day care?
Said parents started talking to DA, who called in spychologist who, in the process of questioning the kids, "suggested" that, yes, you were molested. Multiple years later, and about 20 lives destroyed, it all came out nothing was going on. Neighbor was pissed off she moved into a day care center....no molestation took place.
Not taking sides here, but, questioning sub 5-year olds can be tricky between what actually happened, and what they think the questioner wants to hear so they "don't get in trouble."
I'd rather push one button and have all smokers disappear. More people are damaged by smoke than pedophiles.
Having known two different people whose lives were destroyed by molesters (defined as adults who have sex with kids) , I can say they are sick sick people.
Would I hit the button? Probably. The destruction these sickos wreak further down the line in the pursuit of theit own twisted sexual satisfaction is far worse than can be imagined.

Seriously? I have a brisket and some ribs in the smoker right now and if it disappeared there would be hell to pay.

I'd define that as anyone who does anything sexual against their victims will. But yes, the destruction that is caused from it is sometimes the worst thing imaginable. I've only wanted to kill one person in my life due to reasons related to this topic, but even that wouldn't have him experience the pain and suffering he deserves.
