At work I get the broke screen and I know why. My work computer can only access secure sites. (Starting with "https://" instead of "http://". When I select quote, I have to manually add the "s" and it sends me to the broke screen. I'm sure you're not doing the same thing, but that is what leads to the issue. Maybe you're having an issue with your internet access or browser settings.
