we've used a couple of their products for mounting ipads to wheelchairs and they have proven pretty fragile. no experience with that one though.
I wouldn't use one of those mounts on a bike - get a proper holder for your phone, preferably one that works with a waterproof housing.
I've been using a RAM Mount for my Garmin GPS on bikes for years, but the GPS itself is waterproof and the mount is (or at least looks) sturdier than this one.
I've been using one for about 9 months now, including using it as a mount for cheap iPhone autocross data logging. I've yet to see the phone move around, but my phone also has one of the Speck cases, so the extra width may help it stay secure.
That said, I still don't know that I'd personally trust it on a motorcycle...
