I found this in front of my shop. I'm still not sure where it came from but nothing has fallen apart yet.

It just reinforces my belief that most of the country has no business near a pizza.
Exhibit A: A little slice of Ohio.
I can't imagine cheap, E36 M3ty frozen pizza in NY looking any better, especially at that price point. I know what I'm eating.

Trailer axle is my guess.

It's an axle nut off of something, but I haven't done any axle repairs in years that I can remember. I also don't know that I have ever replaced a castle nut. It's not like they wear out.
It could be something a son worked on while I wasn't around.

When I was in my 20s I got lit up by one of those. I was standing in a steel man basket on a forklift at the time cleaning the power brushes that run down the rail. 3 phase, 277 volts. If you were careful, you could pull them and clean them without getting bit. I wasn't careful enough. The wiring was in poor shape and missing some insulation. Lesson learned though, that was the last time I got bit by 277. That E36 M3 hurts.

Wow I remember those.
We have a dozen of those cranes in the plant, they're 600v 3phase
I'm careful.

And here I am shopping Gladiators. Related random pic from my phone:
I've spotted this one a few times lately. It is nearly exactly what I'd order if I were buying new.
This used to be the only place to buy paint balls in the early 90s. $120 for a case of 2,000 was a big deal in 94 to a 15 year old. You were very frugal with shots. Why I still have it nearly 30 years later is beyond me.
