Guy either just started working in the area or just got it back on the road.  Seen him driving to/from work about every day for the past two weeks or so.

He never did run it with that setup because he knew tuning it would be a nightmare and he removed it to install this. As with everything he did, step one was always to break out the polish and make it shine. 

Bacon-wrapped dates topped with a fig sauce. Tastes much better than the description ... if you like dates and fig sauce. I know you all like bacon. Supposed to have been six for a full serving but the server lost one on the floor somewhere between the kitchen and where we were sitting. Just as well. Five were more than enough.

Oh, I've got LOTS of these!
