Sounds great! I get up to Lancaster all the time to visit with a buddy that owns Heston's Auto Service. It's typically our home base for projects that exceed the capacity of my garage.
I like usaa for insurance(pricy but the service is incredible, I have very positive personal stories). For banking go to someone else. I'd go check becu in the Seattle area. It's a great credit union that anyone can join.
I'm using Wells Fargo for my current house purchase. I hate them but my company is paying all closing costs if I use them. So. It's ok.
