This is for work.

Need a supplier that can reliably cut 3/4"-1" steel on a laser with full 8x20 foot panels.

If they have an attached weld shop and forming shop, excellent.

South East preferred, but outside of that area is ok.

Who are your shops using?

Definitely not in the South East but this type of work is right up the alley of a supplier of ours, MEC.  Top notch work for mining, Ag, Tier 1 Automotive, Defense, etc.

Maybe Tampa Tank or one of their sister companies (Florida Structural Steel I think)

I'd call your local metal suppliers to see who does it.

Just looked at Alro and their max size for laser is 80x159" Probably done at their Michigan location.

96x240 laser is prob out there but not easy to find.

Weldments Inc out of Dayton, OH was a great shop when I used to have large industrial baseplates, etc. fabricated.

Ive got a laser, an HD plasma, a 5 axis waterjet, and a 10 foot 400 ton cnc brake, robotic welders, and a full weld shop.  1/4-1.5" is our bread and butter.

1 and done or recurring work?

Any special alloy or just mild steel?

How much do you want to spend?
