There are allegations (with associated litigation) that he expects similarly fervent belief from people who want to stay employed at his company. The pertinent case involves his former son-in-law, so it may be true, it be completely spurious, or it may have more to do with baggage than faith or lack thereof. Given that the guy had apparently been there for ten years before getting sacked, I have to expect there was more to it. Google's your friend, I didn't want to link to the reporting on it.
In short, move along, nothing to see here. Serious allegations, but I can't get too wound up without something more than allegations.

Never saw it. If you read the A2 VW thread, you'll see that FGC was a bit tipsy indeed last night, which means he's probably sleeping it off now.
