If you haven't read the list, do so.....very funny stuff. (Unless you're in the Army. It might give you bad ideas

I have one from sears when I was a child:

Quality control is not faulty at the toilet plunger factory, thus there is no need to 'test' them out by making sure they can stick to the linoleum floor.
-
(related) plungers do not need to 'maintain suction' for lengths of time under normal operation. If you do stick them to the floor, don't leave them there.
