Mitt Romney has no signs left from the primaries, but I am not sure they put many up.

Gingrich had quite a few up. They have been removed.

Ron Paul had a few put out and most of them still seem to be in place.

berkeleying Rick Santorum put out approximately eight trillion signs and left them all.

There has to be something to this. Don't responsible people (campaigns) pick up their E36 M3?

i wish they would leave a few around here, they're always picked up the day after the elections. we use them for target holders at my buddies farm.

I've got a Hillary for President sign in the attic, waiting for the market to go back up.

We stole one and used the frame to get into my friends car who had locked her keys inside. We didn't replace it since there was (literally, no exaggeration here) one ever 50 feet.

So you're saying that the whole place has been littered by Santorum?

This wasn't quite what I thought it would be.

Down here, in Jacksonville, Fl. a local sign maker got stuck by either the local/national Mitt Romney campaign...or a local "fan" of Mitt's. What happened? The sign maker received a request, BEFORE the Florida primaries, for XXX amount of signs. The request came on what looked like official Romney letterhead/stationery. The printer contacted the person on the letterhead and got a go-ahead for the printing job. After printing a couple THOUSAND dollars worth of signs, the printer was not re-imbursed by anyone. Mitt's people say they never ordered any signs and the person who's name is on the order is not associated with the "official" Mitt Romney campaign.

That seems to be standard operating procedure for big time politicians. Our current vice president ran up a 6 figure bill for charter flights years ago when running for office. The last I knew it is still unpaid.

That's why many newspapers have a "Pay in advance" policy on political ads.

A friend of mine used to be the Sign zoning officer for a suburban township in SEPA. He loved fining and removing improperly placed political signs.

I wish the Texas primary even mattered. We probably won't even see any signs until the general election.

Yeah. They let those little bitty states pick the candidates. I live in the the third most populated state in the country and I don't get a vote. I don't even get to see the candidates. We need some reform here.

If you like target shooting, those campaign lawn signs (with the metal legs) make great target holders.

Neighbor still has a dennis kucinish(spelling ?) aka dennis the menace sign in their yard. I figure they dont want someone to see them with it.

The only political sign I ever had on my lawn was "Kinky Friedman for Governor, how hard could it be?". Considering Rick Perry's performance in the debates, I should have left it there.
