geez first gary coleman now hopper?? they run in threes.
Dennis Hopper.....the REAL subject of the Sinatra tune "I did it MY way".
This TV has been running a few of the older Hopper films off and on over the last month. While they are generally "filler" type movies, the guy definitely brought SOMETHING to every role. Off the top of my head "Hoosiers" is one of my favorite Hopper flicks.

Don't forget Art LInkletter who passed away a couple days ago.
My ex-fatherinlaw met Dennis Hopper at the bike shop that was building the bikes for "Easy Rider" said he was a genuinely nice guy. Peter Fonda not so much.
I liked Hopper in every movie I saw him in. Great Actor.

Totally.
A true icon of the times.
True Romance had a scene with Dennis and Christopher Walken that is hard to describe adequately. Worth watching just for that.

Youre officially a badass when you, as a cop, can look at an Italian mob boss, there with his hired goons, and their guns, and make fun of his ancestry.
RIP
Yikes, a movie with Dennis Hopper AND Christopher Walken.....I've gotta find that one. The only thing MORE....? combustible(?) would be Hopper, Walken, and William Shatner in one movie....talk about scenery chewers
In reply to Kia_racer:
That was Sonny Barger's opinion of the two of them as well, from his autobiography.
