His museum is an under appreciated treasure of my region.

He amassed an incredible collection and I'm quite curious to see how the foundation proceeds from here.

Yes, sad news. He did a lot to preserve the sport's history.

I've been fortunate to shake hands and thank him a few times over the years. He will be missed.

As far as the museum, I'm fairly sure the reason behind the Foundation was as a succession plan to keep the museum going in perpetuity.

Yeah, I meant to post that here a couple days ago, but it's been busy.
