This was spotted last thursday as I was leaving Flint. When we were about a mile behind we could see the plume of smoke. As we caught up it was not getting better. The driver was cruising at about 65 miles per. She seemed oblivious to her smoke screen.
I did not take the picture. Chris, my passenger, took it.
