This one of those I wish I would not have opened thread moments RIP .
By the looks of the family on TV they have some fierce coping skills . I wish this show would have started 10 years ago caught these boys in their prime .

Sure could have given lessons in "living off the grid". I like the show and their segmants particularly. He will be missed.

RIP, Mitchell.

I hope his brother and family cope with this loss as well as possible; it's going to be tough.

Swamp People is the only "reality" show worth watching - real people doing what they really do and who don't GAF about who knows it. They have reasons to be proud and I'm certain they're all saddened by Mitchell's passing.

Damn that sucks. Swamp People is one of my favorite shows on T.V.

RIP--- Pretty awesome that he lived just the way he wanted to. He and his family are probably making a good buck out of the TV show. Hopefully it won't "citify" them.
