Just finished 20 years and 24 days with my last "Company" 
and Retired!
The United States Air Force...
It took me to 4 different Countries, taught me about teamwork, and Leadership. I was trained in a job that only about 120 Airmen get to do worldwide. Got to take my family everywhere.
Now, I'm in a Corporate Job in the Auto Industry. Pretty awesome! I foresee me doing this for about 5 more years to learn the ropes then branch off..
Just hit 2 years at my current place last month, 3 years at the place before, 10 months at the place before, and 1.5 at State Farm.
The two jobs in the middle I moved on because I could see dwindling business meant I wouldn't have a job with them sooner rather than later.
When I hired on at the current place I was hoping it could be a long-term gig, but when you give me 1.5% raise when it's blatantly obvious I do far superior work than anyone who has been in my position over the last 10 years..............you definitely keep your ear to the ground.
I'm hoping to eventually have the skill set to be a contract chaser (unless Datsun 1500 gets back to me with an opening 
) in a few years where I can make the big money, but will occasionally be gone from home.

12 years here, after being a contract employee here for 2 years before that. Probably be here until I retire.
Both of my Grandfather worked at 1 place for 50 years til retirement. One as a carpenter and other as GM factory employee.
Currently at 8.5 years, previous job was 7. Would really like to make it 15+, but don't know that's realistic.

I was a month short of 16 years with a company known for managerial missteps; kind of typical for an organization started by enthusiasts with a vision. For the most part, it was easy to stay loyal because (in spite of a few shiny, happy people) the atmosphere was worth the stay. Right up until the end when money woes and sycophancy adversely affected how the place was run.
I will never say the time was wasted but good lessons were learned.
I was here for a little over eight years before I move to another state. When that didn't work out and I moved back, I didn't really want to come back but they made it worth my while. I've been here for almost 8 years this time around. So almost 16 years total at the same place, with a year and a half break in the middle.
I'll be 18 years in October. Been treated well, I think the pay is fair. My commute is under 10 miles, and no traffic lights. No major complaints.
That said, I just took my first ever "2nd job". It's doing something I love and it racing related. I'm only a week in. However, pay was more than fair for the description of tasks. Thus far, things seem to be going well, but it's weird being the new guy. I'm a pretty minor cog in the machine, but it's weird to be all nerved up hoping I'm doing stuff correctly.
16 for me.
12 years and 2 weeks. In the middle, I got sold to The Borg Collective, then bought back. I still have some of their implants in me, but I escaped.
I have been with the Borgata since it opened 10 years ago. While I am a casual, I get no benefits. If and when I go full time, they will retroactive to day one:)
Over 28 years at my first job. I retire in 8 months (see the Shop of Good Intentions thread-hope to have more time in the shop soon!). Started there when I was 18 years old. I've been at my second job, 10-15 hours a week, for 12 years. I'll pick up a few more hours there every week after I retire.
I hope to have some more time to work on my projects when I retire. No more nights, holidays, or weekend work!

Same company 14.5 years. My job has changed through promotions etc a few times, but company and location have stayed the same.
9 years at the last job and 7 at this one; hope to retire from here.
On another note; a coworker celebrated 15 years yesterday and the president of the company flew in to congratulate him. We've only existed 20 years so there aren't many 15 year-ers.
30 years and 5 jobs. The longest at one was 12 years. Current job, 7 years. I'll be at this one until I go out of business or die.
THREE WEEKS and counting ;)
Touch over 6 years, and the thought of another 6 years makes me want to consider suicide.

I've been retired for 5 years now, but I had 25 years in before I left. My Dad, grandmother and grandfather,and great-grandfather had all worked for one company until they retired so I grew up thinking that was normal.Dad had 37 years,Gramps had 46,Gram had 44 ! Unfortunately, Great-Grand Dad was killed in an industrial accident well before retirement age. I started my career with that same company but got laid off after 7 years, and then found the 2nd job which lasted 25.
19 years, 10 months at the same newspaper.
No staplers here, but I still have a chunk of the beeswax we once used to stick the type to the pages.
I worked, during the summers, in high school, for the same company I currently work for. I continued after high school, in '86.

Just cleared 8 years, only 12 more for me. Then I can quite climbing into fuel tanks.
My F-I-L just retired with 43-years in the same job/same factory. He really didn't want to leave, but they're going to lose all retirement as part of an upcoming bargaining agreement, so he got out asap.
